Hospital's Background

Owned and managed by KPJ Healthcare Bhd which is the Healthcare Division of Taiping Corporation and is the largest healthcare group in the country. Taiping Medical Centre(TMC) is one of the most modern of its kind in Malaysia and South East Asia.

Taiping Medical Centre (TMC) is incorporated in 18th January 1983 (previously known as Ong Maternity Centre Sdn Bhd) and situated in the heart of Taiping heritage town.

In 2008, the management of TMC has been taken over by KPJ Healthcare Berhad. TMC is the 18th hospital in KPJ's group of hospital.

TMC is currently having 48 beds located in the 4 storey building with 2 service lifts. We have ample car park for the patient with more than 50 parking lots.
